Tropical biologist
Lucia has lived in the Osa Peninsula more than 15 year. She has conduct research with scarlet macaws and Humpback whales in this area and worked with conservation organizations. In tha last years, Lucia started a neutering and spaying program of dogs and cats in Drake bay. This program has helped to improve pet´s health and the effect of feral pets in the enviroment.

Juancho has work with Proyecto Carey since May 2009. Currently, he is back in the university starting with his course work for his master degree. He will be back on 2011 to start with the field work of his thesis. He will be studying the reproductive biology of trees in disturbed habitats.

Evelio have lived in the Osa Peninsula since 30 year ago. He is very knowledgable about the local wildlife of the area. Long ago, he was a hunter in the area but now he realized of the importance of conservation and protection of wildlife. Now he uses his knowledge for research and protection of local wildlife.
